And that leads to two questions in my mind. 1. What claims are paid and which are denied? (The Safend claim) 2. How much do they claim for operating losses during chapter 11?
I sold out and easily got 5 cents and added it to my AMD holdings some time back. I had been concerned that I was selling the right to any settlement but that has been disproven and also reading the filings I think covered what happened and everything was disclosed and the safe harbor applied to the conference calls. Clearly someone wants the shares and thinks there will be cash left over. Just put some up for sale above the ask and they go in a flash. It's very unnerving to sell and find out how much the market wants the shares. There is clearly someone or a group who is expecting a payout.
