The company has overdue convertible loans. VNDM and VFIN are 2 of the major diluters.

Depending on WHEN they start selling there will be aprox. 500m to 1.5b shares added to the O/S.

If they do a controlled dump into solid news and wait until the price reaches .001 the dilution will be manageable and traders can make money.

If they don't care VNDM can dump 1b shares at .0006 and crush any rally. Traders will dump under VNDM's price because they know what's coming.
