Maintaining your current revenue stream is no less important than adding to it. Sharp is one of our first licensees, and holding on to that relationship without legal action is HUUUGE!

In my opinion, negotiations primarily involved convincing Sharp that they were not being "ripped off". I am certain the newly arbitrated rates with Huawei played a major role in the process. One of the considerations driving the SP higher is the prospect that Huawei rates will bring other potential customers into the fold. Longer term sustainability of the price rise is based on other factors that Magilla has shared.
