The GW Pharmaceuticals drug Sativex failed the clinic trials in mitigating pain in cancer patients.

The court ruling was from the Ninth Circuit - which is very liberal - most of the other Circuit Courts disregard their rulings.

Plus, the Ninth Circuit doesn't have Jurisdiction in Washington, Oregon or Colorado.

The most interesting thing is if this goes to the Supreme Court.
