Probably what AVID is worth in 2017

This idea that there is value in Avid I believe is wrong. Until pphm breaks avid out as a separate independent division all you can evaluate is pphm. Avid is simply a part of that. So pphm has some sales (avid) and a lot of losses. That is not a very valuable company. Dart and Kennedy likely straddling (have significant short hedge) hoping for volatility in any direction.

Yes, many of us have been asking for a more legitimate BOD for some time. I agree with some of your points but IMO we need to get a more armslength BOD in place. ES and his posse have had their time and ES has been paid back in spades for his saving of the company. His financial stake is too small in relation to lost value by SHs to warrant further loyalty.

It is time for a Derivitive or some other type LS to challenge the makeup and process to remove board members. I get what we have to do to right the ship but we need to do it with a new BOD. We also need salary structures commensurate with those of a manufacturing company got a biotech R&D company

Sunrise failed, it stinks...

NO! Didn't you hear? BAVI met management's expectations! The future is brighter than ever (though THEY didn't say that; the optimists on this board have).

This RS is a death blow to the optimists. Either:

(1) The RS is telling us that we got 'nothin on the horizon in terms of BAVI'S future (and after 6 months, that 'ol master mind Garnick knows that we don't; and if he hasn't completed examining the data it's because he doesn't want to see the final statistics). OR

(2) Management is squeezing retail out (who have financed their pitiful butts for the past 25 years) to bring in the big money boys.

And as far as the "RS is a neutral maneuver" mantra purveyors, I don't want to hear it; just read the common history of many of us in post #270317.

A sensible, calm post. Thanks east. Do you know, then, why this sp has been so flat, for so long? If this is a failed company, why bother manipulating the sp? Why?

Sunrise failed, it stinks, we have too many shares and now we have to right size. It's a race to get AVID profitable and hopefully monetize all these licenses and patents.

Fine, but that is not something you need all the pphm overhead. Nor is it something you need to pay the exec team and bod like superstars when they are clearly posers.

"There's little rope left for PPHM. I think they know it."

This is where you are wrong, there is plenty of rope left. Unlike the other publicly traded companies these criminals have run into the ground, PPHM has many more years left thanks to Avid. This RS will give the crooks millions more shares for dilution. The exesome carrot should last a couple of years and then they can bring in the betabodies carrot.

These pieces of dung have many more millions to take from this company. They know it and they are going to take it. Not sure how they can live with themselves but I'm sure they justify it some way.
