Really? What is stopping purported "big money" buying shares with or without presence of "retail"? Your rationalization makes no sense, IMO.

The money is to small for that. We are pocket-money grade if we have nothing. We are to expensive if we have what we think we have. Management in that last case will want their leverage via their options and stock.
