...purchases of WMIH common stock really does not entitle them to anything from WAMU (collectively WMI/WMIIC, the debtors, now the WMILT with no % left as there are no qualifying "certain litigation proceeds" left or WMB in receivership).
...there is no credible support for the assertion that there is anything else in play for WMIH but what WMIH currently is as disclosed, audited.
...the same would be true for the other institutional investors that have bought and those that have sold.
...so, it would appear that their interest is in WMIH future in unrelated business ventures along with the assemble group of institutional investors that have provided the first level of capital funding.
