The OTC is where we get to experience what it's like to be bipolar without a diagnosis. I've gone from depressed to elated in 15 minutes... back to depressed in 3 minutes... then elated again 12 minutes later. lol. I'm exaggerating, of course, but I'm sure everyone knows what I mean! :-)
