True, like the cable company; they leave you with your freshly wired set top boxes, and then you get your monthly bill. No matter how hard it was up front, or how many holes they have to drill through your house, they get to sit back after that and collect for the 1 tv, 2 TV's, 3 TV's, internet bundle, w phone, whatnot...

Old TV's won't work though, everybody knows.

So how much does that cost for Sigma to come out and tweek your machine? Is that included with the license? how much is a license for a machine?

I can't believe they have no sales or marketing here so desperately needed. First question they ask, how much do we charge for this?

They could be like the cable company IMO, huge accounts receivables. I so want to like Sigma, but frustrating to watch.

I would think some of it has to do with how complicated the install on site is, also...Some could be older machines, or the monitoring setup (where the engineers are) can vary, or the amount of training that needs to be done for said engineers. Our guys go on site and do all that.
