The only reason there has been chatter of the RS is because it has now been confirmed that it is happening. The split ratio is being discussed because it will definitely have a long term effect here. Share structure is a big part in how a stock trades.

When new data becomes available I can guarantee you there will be more discussion on the science but until then we can only wait.

Obviously no one likes dilution but, as I'm sure you already know, it is a necessary evil for these early stage biotechs. All we can hope is that when news comes in it is good enough to create enough volume to eat through the outstanding warrants. I am hoping that they have something up their sleeve due to the most recent events and from what I remember Glynn saying last year.

In one of his interviews someone asked about a reverse split and he said they were in no rush at the moment and they were focused on the science and trials. Now, they amended the warrant agreements to allow for a reverse split. The original stated, from the way I read it, they would not effect a reverse split. The new one does not have that same clause in it. In the same filing of the amended warrants is the announcement that they filed with Nasdaq for listing to capital markets. Obviously not wasting any time there. Eastern Capital, as the largest shareholder of $TPIV, is limited from selling their shares so I personally deem their warrants a non-issue. Iroquois is the second largest shareholder but with their percentage of shares not restricted from selling any, but, as seen in the above referenced filing Tapimmune will now appoint Josh Silverman, founder and managing partner of Iroquois, to the board of directors which will limit him from selling his shares. I have to believe that with all of this something good is on the horizon. Plus warrant holders agreed to exercise 12 million of their warrants at basically market price. They wouldn't agree to that unless they were convinced that something big was going to happen in the future. Obviously this is still a little speculation but the basis for it is rooted in fact.

I'm assuming that since you have been here for two years you aren't going anywhere anytime soon as you have shown extreme patience already. Thew news will come but all we can do now is wait.

I think I need to say up front that I strongly believe a split is coming very soon. I also think the data and science will support its future on the stock exchange. I just feel that, before the split ratio becomes official, it would be a good idea to talk about it. For me, a high split ratio is, in itself, another form of dilution, as it waters down our (the individual investor) chances of making gains when the share price introduced is not kept as low as possible. It may not seem timely to have shared this now, but I believe the company is watching here, and they just might consider investors thoughts... not just mine, but investors like you who have been around for a very long time.
