The courts already decided that when all of MW's counter claims were thrown out for lack of evidence. No evidence, none, zip, nada, zilch.

The problem is That IFUS has no Board of Directors. It once did, but MW, Head Liar and Chief Ego Maniac of IFUS, got rid f them so his own misdeeds and malfeasance wouldn't be exposed to the public.

Then, Ramsey Windsor, better know as Sonny Boy Shill, quit and went into hiding so he wouldn't be liable for all the money judgments that would soon be awarded the Plaintiffs against IFUS/SE/Insiders.
