In my experience, the best moves come on "no news" and the biggest declines happen on industry news. It varies, though.

I would have to concur. The hype has dried out unfortunately.. Made a few bucks.. And on to the next soap opera with interested "buyers". There are always at least 2 flippers available weekly down here. Was hoping this one would last another week... Keeping an eye still. They need to PR the scrapping of the 2 ships for the $13.5 milly and "doctor" it up to reflect the debt. That's what I would do if I had an OTC company. Where do you see an opportunity to communicate $13.5 mil cash coming in.. Even if it's in scrap steel. .. As for the notes, nobody reads that. PR that you have $13.5 milly coming in and leave it at that... All the other scammers do ;-)
