I doubt it could. Ask any judge if this would be proper in considering something like this in a decision.

Could it be that the Federal judge knew that the loan would be covered by a massive judgment several times the loan and interest amount in the state case?

Utterly ridiculous and preposterous. Every claim made by MW was rejected and he was personally excoriated by Judge Ungora at every turn. The judgment of $400,000.00 + all fees and 18% interest per annum is irrevocable. Soon MW and IFUS will be hit with yet another judgment in December as the original state case is finally heard.

Anyone who thinks that Walthers and cabal are off the hook on RICO charges is in for a very rude and harsh awakening.

BTW, isn't it amazing that after months and months of telling the board there was never a loan, MW & cabal now admit that there was a loan, just as I said, all along. Even in his deposition WaWa tried to weasel his way around the loan subject. But people, especially Federal Judges, are far more intelligent than mentally ill and morally corrupt crooks like MW assume. Many of those smart people also consider people like MW an affront to society and human decency. After all, MW was more than willing, even eager, to steal from Military personnel, pensioners and retirees trying to get by on Social Security.
