But the tactic reduced the number of share holders (those that littered the books and owned less than 25 shares) so DECN could file a Form 15. With that done, DECN can pursue a reverse merger with a clean company. And that has the very real potential of significantly benefiting all DECN shareholders.

Great synopsis and conclusion.

Reverse mergers are nice and that is a plan that will work, but it is expensive and would allow the promoters of the clean shell company to capitalize on the situation up until the close of the merger and the effectiveness of the Form S-4 registration.

As I have stated previously there is another option available to DECN and I sincerely hope they avail themselves of it. I am invested in a company in North Carolina that put this alternative to work. While this plan won't immediately allow the company to apply to NASDAQ, it will allow them to move up OTCMarkets to OTCQX. I am hopeful.

Remember, the most important thing is for the company to succeed as a business and to do so in spite of all of its detractors.

People invested in DECN because they believed that they had a superior product over JNJ's and that it would massively outsell it AFTER DECN received a huge settlement from JNJ that alone would cause the sp to soar and also fund the production and marketing of its product. Oh, they were also going to be introducing new products. None of that happened, the share price is floundering, and now a little bit of stock manipulation--reverse splits and forward splits!!--is going to be a real positive development to shareholders, when most people know that reverse splits for penny stocks almost always spells disaster.

I'd write LOL myself, but this has stopped being funny.
