BORED: The question is how fast async/Dx12 is adopted...

So far it is not in a lot of titles. As to my particular situation, it is totally irrelevant since I don't play any of them. Many gamers are in the same situation. My Nvidia 760 plays my games at 1080/Ultra so I don't even need to bother to upgrade. Now granted those games are not that taxing but still. Async compute may or may not catch on. But at this point only AMD is really pushing it. Integrated graphics is close enough that I will definitely consider an Iris pro based rig instead of wasting $200 on AMD or Nvidia if and when it makes sense to upgrade my rig again.
