My Nvidia 760 plays my games at 1080/Ultra so I don't even need to bother to upgrade. Now granted those games are not that taxing but still. Async compute may or may not catch on.

Thanks allot for all the personal information. I was thinking more of the market. I don't know if M$ matters, but they sure seem have a big cap. If one were given to believe Intel and Nv were going to take on MSFT and AMD, I'd think the fat lady has cracked her knuckles, cleared her throat, run the scale ...
