That is just one of it, also somewhere they are challenging the US patent office for SFOR's '698 claim lol:-) just for the sake of filing response which was due today, they filed it, without doing any proper research. Their response will screw them further with 3x treble damages.

They are trying to get off the hook of treble damages. This is an effective strategy of counterclaims to reduce the likelihood either wants a jury. It's an effective ploy, it will result in a settlement that is substantially lower than 30 million.
