I find L2 only marginally helpful on the OTC but you can see it on the OTC RGBP page. So many trades occur that don't correspond to next up L2 bid/ask quotes that I've lost confidence in L2s predictive value. Nevertheless it suggests once 11's fall 13's up. Not a lot to 20 after that.
