OTCBB was replaced by OTC Markets. There are different listing levels on OTC Markets and there are requirements to listing.

ZIVO is listing on OTCQB and #1 requirement is fully current and compliant with SEC reporting requirements.

ZIVO is not on the "pink sheets".
