This part confuses me could you help explain.

Confirmed Google has been infringing on SFOR patents.

Did a judge or jury find that Google infringed on SFOR's patents?

Thats why they have trials to determine if a patent has been infringed. Usually when a company files a patent lawsuit it says the company believes Google is infringing on our patents then a patent judge or jury decides if there was infringement and awards damages if found liable? The only way it could be confirmed they are infringing is with a trial or if Google admitted they infringed. Did they have a trial between Google and SFOR yet? Google is the 3 ton gorilla in patent trials ask Vringo about it.
