LOLLOLLOL... You were closer to the 1 year anniversary of your projection than to June 30 ... and do not forget the meaning of "imminent" in your vocabulary is more than 9 months ... no surprise: Jan 2016 is 2015 and Aug 10 offering confirms your first half 2016 projection.

As you predicted it was about 100M shares ... it is just a tactic that they announced 21M+ (11%+ on an outstanding, 7%- on a fully diluted basis.) We already see your post why 20M+ is 100M ...
