I know -they were basically gifts and now the return of HUNT may signal that the original scammers may have returned to join the new scammers -for the the final pickings .
the way i see it is insiders have not sold shares since Dec 2014, they are acquiring them at a much higher price than now and if i where to aquire 40k in shares of a company then i'm only gonna sell a third when the stock hits .06 and hold long. also they would have to produce a form 4 for their sells, so where are the sells of thos stocks my bet not intial after .06 and really this one can run to .25 easy my bet insiders will start selling there!
