the way i see it is insiders have not sold shares since Dec 2014, they are acquiring them at a much higher price than now and if i where to aquire 40k in shares of a company then i'm only gonna sell a third when the stock hits .06 and hold long. Thus whether it was pay for in cash by them or cash owed they are taking stock in their own and that is a good sign. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PHOT/insider-transactions

also they would have to produce a form 4 for their sells, so where are the sells of thos stocks my bet not intial after .06 and really this one can run to .25 easy my bet insiders will start selling there!
