Obvious they'll dump shares on unsuspecting investors anytime a stock promoter's newsletter helps find investors that don't know about PHOT's financial problems and toxic deathspiral financing business model.

Most of those shareholders now see that discounted toxic financing shares will soon be being converted at prices below $0.004, so they will take any opportunity to dump as many shares as they can.
