Cayman, I can easily explain. Not all corporations set up name changes for shareholder approval but merely Board approval as stated. It can go either way and I have worked under either.
As far as the 2005 date for the incorporation, I pointed this out from the Delware site last night. If you pay the $20 for more details I am told because I did not purchase that it states newly reformed or something to that verbage.
