Oddities in Name Change PR 8/2/06

Did anyone else notice that the name change was on the private corporation and not the public entity? And there's more than one Conversion Solutions?

The press release stated.....

KENNESAW, Ga., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Conversion Solutions, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FHAL - News), a Delaware Corporation updates shareholders.

The BOD has executed a name change of the Corporation to "Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp." Delaware file Number 3924960.....

Note the new name as stated, however this is a company that was formed in 2/11/2005. That date does not match the information provided by CVSU stating that the pink sheet CVSU was formed in 2000 while the merger with Fronthaul states a Conversion Solutions that was incorporated in 2005.

If you further lookup conversion solutions you will see 2 corporations...

CONVERSION SOLUTIONS HOLDING CORP --- FILE # 2924960 (# FROM PR)
CONVERSION SOLUTIONS INC -- FILE # 3172980 Incorporated 2000

Also, if you look up The Fronthaul Group
THE FRONTHAUL GROUP, INC -- FILE # 2038540 -- Incorporated 6/26/1984 it matches the filing by Fronthaul.

What is the deal with this name change PR? What is it for? It didn't affect Fronthaul? It seemed to affect some the private company formed in 2005 but not necessarily the company that WAATLE merved into CVSU.PK. However, it seemed imply that Fronthaul would be changing names to the new name? Can someone please explain these discrepancies to me. Please!!!

Also, for a company to change its name it takes shareholder approval according to Deleware General Corporation Law. Fronthaul changed their name earlier this year from The Furia Organization, Inc. to The Fronthaul Group, Inc. This process requires BOD to pose a vote to the shareholders to change the name and also requires an amended articles of incorporation. Along with this, there are filings... including PRE 14C and DEF 14C and the approval of the shareholders.

Since none of these things have been filed, it leads me to believe the PR about name change was unrelated to the public entity as my other research with the SOS for Deleware indicates.

What am I missing? What are they trying to do? What is the relationships between the companies? Waatle merged into CVSU.PK but a private company formed in 2005 merged with Fronthaul even though all the press releases show it to be CVSU.PK the company that was merged into by Waatle.

Guys and Gals -- Please help me dig into this so we can figure it out before we lose all our money.
