Please understand.... you don't string something out as long as you can if you are facing treble damages unless you know you can win some other way.

If either of the other two companies settle... a hostile takeover becomes more expensive than elongated lawsuits and settlement money.

This is the genius behind the plan...

and the beauty of the initial investment already wasted by Singapore telecom

making the lawsuits takes longer only works well when we only have ONE company to seek for damages.

we have LOTS and LOTS of lawsuits to continue 2 file.

The only company that could have stopped this by lengthening the trial over and over... was microsoft...

and they folded because it was easier.

Don't count on the "stretch it out" theory.... its only going to make us more money...

Not a problem for Strikeforce since their attorneys are working under a contingency, big problem for the defendants, they will pay through the nose for all that legal help, not a good place to be in and the longer it goes the more costly it becomes....
