It's not likely at all. There is a 100 percent chance Sune gets cash. Also, you dont know how many MW they sold to greenko. It's just telling you what the premium is which is cash after paying face value. If they sold 200 mw and are getting 100million in premium thats a good deal. And I doubt they got 100million premium on top of the 1.2billion in assets. Tata paid a 35% premium for wrepls assets which were mostly operational so we should get similar premium for our operational assets. What we need to know is how much was actually sold. They obviously get less money if they're only selling 24% stake as opposed to 49%.
