Hey Doc,
About the legal brief that was posted here yesterday-I read it but, not being familiar with this type of litigation, I could not determine whether this was the defense argument for the case to be dismissed or a recommendation from the court or some arbitrator that the the defense motion to dismiss be approved. The argument, I thought, was well composed but my impression was that NWBO lawyers had written it. If you or anyone else can clarify the significance and author of this document, that would be helpful.

I confess I may have missed something as I was struggling to stay awake while I read it.
