Are you guys following the documents being posted to PACER on a regular basis concerning the company? This one posted on 7/28 is a good read and gives some insight into their strategy and a response to those who have filed lawsuits.

Funny, she's kept silent for strategic reasons; protecting against attacks by shorts, Feuerstein, more bear reads, competition and patent theft, distortion by fudders on message boards... name it.

The longs will benefit the most from her silence. Everything that has to be done is being done behind closed curtains.

Of course that bothers the other camp. I'm long and I concur with this strategy.
