SFOR would be trading just like any other stocks that get buyouts. You could sell at whatever the market PPS is. Let's say the buyout is .50 and the market trades all day between 45 and .48 then you could sell or you could wait for thee settlement to happen and if it is a cash buyout get the .50 or a stock company buyout they would give you the same PPS but in shares of their stock usually. I have been through many buyouts over the years.

How would it happen if a buyout occurs for example for .25 on Monday morning pre market .. Would the share price automatically hit .25 .. Would u even be able to trade the stock some sort of hault ??
