Much of the former Estates assets legally shielded protected, then separated from the onset of bankruptcy in this 5th Admendment Taking.

The owners of the former WaMu Estate are those who signed timely releases by 2/8/2012, exchanged former WaMu common/preferred equity for NewCo/WMIH shares and Escrow Shares.

These investors will be far more than handsomely rewarded for both investment and time. That is why I ask the following question.
