Stick to the facts not exaggeration?

Hi-Tech has sued every single supplement company that's ever existed? No exaggeration here.

CEO is associated with the mob? What mob? LOL. Stick to the facts.

Proof that Ryan Drexler has no criminal record (?) or do the facts not matter or require support for your statements? Please provide your background check documents.

MSLP currently owes Arnold over $4m cash in product licensing fees that are currently past due over 200 days. Demand letter was issued in May (only ~90 days ago). MSLP has expensed the invoices on their 2015 financials but has not paid the invoices due to lack of funds as they have stiffed over $40m+ in outstanding and extremely delinquent invoices currently to fund massive operating losses.

The MSLP executives did not report over $5m in secret compensation on their personal tax returns.

MSLP, the company, did not include the $5m+ in secret compensation in the W-2 forms issued to the executives.

This was a conspiracy to avoid taxes due by the executives individually and the company.

MSLP executives embezzled $millions in cash ATM withdrawals, credit card charges and company fund reimbursements for mystery reasons that have never been explained and personal use like personal nannies and private jet travel, 5 star hotels and spending cash on personal vacations with no business relation whatsoever.

I could go on but why?

MSLP has been a corrupt organization operating a Ponzi Scheme with convicted criminals DeLuca's and bodybuilding.com since it's inception. Even bb.com recently sacked its DeLuca bros CEO though he was only 38 years old. Kinda early to retire from a company will supposed $500m in annual revs and the CEO personally is receiving $100K a month for a couple years (not disclosed until SEC investigation) in compensation from Brad Pyatt for no reason other than "services", no?
