Ryan Drexler has no criminal record, nor does his history as an activist investor indicate any criminal activities.

MSLP refuses to pay Arnold at least $2.7m in licensing fees due him in 2015.
- FACT: Arnold was the one who terminated the deal and two days after termination (oh hah, pun!), he sent them a letter requesting payment still owed. By the way, Arnold is a 5% owner of MSLP. He's not exactly getting ripped off. As per the original agreements, Arnold's shares are being amortized over a 3 year period. In no way did they say they will not pay otherwise Arnold would have actually sued them.

MSLP was just accused and sued by a competitor (Hi-Tech Pharma) a couple months ago for RICO violations (That is federal racketeering).

Hi-Tech Pharma? The one who sues every single supplement company that's ever existed? whose CEO is an actual ex-con who is associated with the mob? lol, ooooooohhhh, we should tremble at the thought that this company is suing MSLP. they are a joke. Hi-Tech Pharma is a criminal enterprise.

MSLP executives have pled criminally guilty to selling steroids online. Execs as in plural? Really? Who? What exec pled guilty while employed by MSLP?

MSLP execs have embezzeled millions of dollars via ATM and credit cards with no receipts. - Execs as in plural? Who embezzled funds other than Brad? Not even SEC charged anyone but Brad with that. And he's long gone now. Thanks to Ryan Drexler. By the way, they don't need receipts if they paid with their credit cards, all the proof of their purchases would be on the credit card statements.

MSLP the company and execs failed to declare $5m in income on their tax returns and the company "forgot" to issue corresponding W-2s for the compensation.
- So both the company AND the execs are supposed to individually report $3M - like each one has to report that indivudally? I don't think so. By the way, the audit committee was immediately discharged once SEC's investigation revealed they did a crappy job for MSLP.

3 MSLP CFOs have had their CPA credentials revoked, were fined and barred from practicing accounting. - THREE of them? FACT: two had their credentials revoked AFTER they stopped working for MSLP. They would be Meer and David.

I enjoy a healthy debate like anyone else but let's stick to facts and not exaggerations.
