If I were a BP and I just heard that little Elite's tech for a pipeline of 16+ ER products was pretty much validated (other people's words not mine) by the FDA based on the info supplied in the recent CRL I might be knocking on someone's door to have a talk, more so if I really wanted entry into this space. Makes me wonder if the so called A-Team knew what a CRL like this might have meant all along. It's much easier to justify and pay a premium for a relatively sure bet. I mean, what carries a higher price, one approved drug or validation of an entire pipeline?

Acceptance of IR or ER signifies approval of pipeline, not the CRL. So far nothing has been approved. Hopefully by early next year that will change.
