If I were a BP and I just heard that little Elite's tech for a pipeline of 16+ ER products was pretty much validated (other people's words not mine) by the FDA based on the info supplied in the recent CRL I might be knocking on someone's door to have a talk, more so if I really wanted entry into this space. Makes me wonder if the so called A-Team knew what a CRL like this might have meant all along. It's much easier to justify and pay a premium for a relatively sure bet. I mean, what carries a higher price, one approved drug or validation of an entire pipeline?
