Ok, in response to the strong rumors, again and for the last time, we have NO TOXIC DEBT, no convertibles to meet and NO R/S. Our outstanding hasn't gone up since March 2016 and there is no plan to. It is that simple. Believe what you want.

We have done several pr's in the past but that doesn't seem to work. PR's are for new information not repeating news. We have no r/s planned or in the future. Its that simple.

We also announced our patent lawsuit and again see rumors that are not true saying two of the companies are no longer in. This process continues slowly and pr's will keep you informed with public information and so far they are progressing (all three).
