Very interesting that Target and other stores are selling SFOR's garbage at all then huh? They should just tell them forget it, and stock the shelves with their much better competitors only. As far as I can see on all the dockets, NO official response has been made. Only counsel chosen for all sides in all of the said lawsuits. Filing Pro Hac Vice is not considered a formal response, only an acknowledgement of who can officially represent the party involved (whether defendant or plaintiff) before the court.
