So you are already counting as a loss before the trial even starts. Of course there are risks. But isn't that what the whole investing is (specially down here in the pinkies) risk/reward can be huge here. So take your chances, but the same way some already counts us winning (which is wrong since trials have not started yet) you cannot count us loosing yet either.
