Don't expect to be taken seriously if that's the case.

I so agree with that statement. Anyone that has strong views should be expressing those in writing to management, the directors, the FDA, the SEC, Woodford, or whomever else has a say in the direction of the company or the trials.

Better to light a match than curse the darkness.
