#35632 RE: ShawnTrade #35628

I have heard a lot of excuses from GDSI before.

However, this is the first time that I have heard the "we-were-out-on- vacation" excuse.

In any event, assuming that the deal is finalized - which I will only believe when I actually see copies of signed and notarized closing documents that have been filed with the SEC - what would GDSI be getting if it eventually were to buy Rontan ?

At the point in time that Rontan was doing well financially, the government of Brazil was evidently its main customer.

However, with the current horrific financial situation in Brazil, Brazil is apparently no longer in a situation in which it can buy much if anything from Rontan.

Rontan's main source of revenue therefore seems to no longer exist.

Rontan's long-standing-multi-million-dollar-revenue from Brazil was the main reason as to why Rontan was an attractive buy-out target for GDSI.

At present, Rontan clearly does not even have enough money to pay its own employees.

Again, (i) what would GDSI be getting if it eventually were to
buy Rontan; and (ii) why would the company from New York - which was going to be the alleged source of the money for nearly-bankrupt GDSI to buy Rontan - still move forward with the financing of the GDSI-Rontan deal ?
