Heard from Bill. Vacations ate into closing time, but Labor Day will be a good one.
He may not update Facebook at all, since the Labor Day filing will speak volumes.
Deal is still on, and everything is going smoothly. His only complaint is the lost time due to vacations.

I suspect we see some buying interest one week prior to filing. I understand it is a filing, not a PR.
