and who is going to pay them $2.5 billion for their company when they are selling 1 product outright to a company for $9 mil? lmao this company is not and will never be worth .05 per share with 2.3 billion + shares out. the only way they can see any of the pps options you are proposing is through a VERY LARGE r/s without anymore dilution after the split. won't happen. if they r/s, they will need to dilute again.
