Not short, but if I did at $3.00+ when this pos was being pumped, It would have out performed my Sears short @ $42.00

No, not short here...just someone who lost a bundle on Gino's endless pumping and pie in the sky promises. If you read the SEC filings, you would see why people are negative on this ticker. Common shareholders got crushed on the uplist, crushed again several more times when the company sold debt and equity to raise capital, and the common shareholder will take another beating if the R/S is approved (which I believe it will be), and the share dump which will inevitably follow
