If you go to the bottom of the proxy statement you will see were it says if you don't vote in the meeting weather present or by mail each vote that represents each share of your stock and mine will default to the listed candidates and for the reverse split!

I'm sorry you invested at the wrong time.

With WV revs @ 7.5M per quarter and LM revs @ 3M+ per quarter, this won't be a penny stock for much longer. A P/S ratio of 7 (a fraction of what it is now) will put this stock @ $2+ by the end of the year.
