Taurx received similar difference in their failed phase 3. The single arm faired better, but the trial design was not for the single arm so they failed.

If they do this right, they need a 2-73 arm and then compare it to a Donepizel alone arm.

Anavex better 'alone' but maybe shouting it out to the world might upset our potential??? partner Pfizer? jmo

I was also annoyed they did not mention 273 was better without Aricept...but don't bite the hand that feeds you? Aricept is still a cash cow for Pfizer right?
