My comments regarding shares relating to Proxy and shares given themselves prior to Proxy are unique to, you guessed it, each case.

They remain two separate issues and are not to be combined. Each bad result can however be combined to demonstrate the disregard shown to common shareholders. And their pattern of taking shares when they choose rather then purchasing them on the open market!

So the look at all the shares they own is a bad thing, when they did not buy them on the open market. Given the contents of Proxy, things like that may get even worse.

I know, I know, they are soooooooooooo undercompensated.
