Interesting thought on Fentanyl, but in the end doesn't work with nalextrone & Elite's tech to my understanding. Bupe offers benefits, but creates addiction to itself in place of the opiate.
What I do want to stress is Allergan Pfizer pursuit acquisition fell apart in Apr 3 2016.
The decision for Allergan to sell off its Generics is a new event as of late Jul 2016. Allergan is re-inventing itself to stress Brand NDA/BLA pipeline only.
The decision of Teva offering to buy Allergan's Generics is very new and very recent.
The decision by the FTC to cause Teva to divest its similar ANDAs is also new as of late Jul to avoid anti-trust actions.
All of this is absolutely new. There is no way that any other Pharma could be involved up to now.
The FTC/FDA makes the decisions as to which Pharmas qualify for the purchases of Teva's anti-trust ANDAs. The FTC/FDA has made the decision that Mikah thru $ELTP qualifies for certain purhase(s). Mikah/$ELTP would have been asked by the FTC if they were interested. Mikah/$ELTP obviously said yes.
