It was a very dark time for VirTra when they went to the pinks but the right decision at the time. They were on the verge of collapse, had to payout Dutchess and save every penny to stay afloat.

It was a smart move.

Share manipulation...But NO commitment to get off Pinks!

This company continues to be run as though a private concern, without any regard for the common shareholders.

Just like in the past when the share price was building momentum, they attempted their funny business with the shares and killed it. Dead. Year after year we remain stuck on the Pink Sheets and once again offered only a vague reference, without conviction or certitude, to effect said listing. A recurring virtual myth, always accompanied with a grab for power and some sort of share restructuring.

Real companies with real vision combine those things necessary for the listing with actually securing the listing rather then screwing with the shares first while only offering some blurred future desire void of firm commitment, fading into the future. It remains no mystery shareholders in the past detested such actions and chose to ignore or oppose such arrogance.

So maybe this time around, with the additional millions of free shares awarded to management by management, along with super voting rights by management, they will successfully bully and conquer the will of their common shareholders.

Shame.
