First of all that's why a developer wants a yieldco because not everyone wants/can pay all that money up front and thats what Ahmad actually complained about. Theres only like 10 buyers of that size in china and so as a developer you're forced to sell at a lower profit margin because the hand full of buyers can work together. But if you sell it to your yieldco, first of all you keep the asset and the revenue from electricity and you can speed up the process. Thats what sunedison wanted. The yieldco model worked whether you believe that or not. It just sounds like you're regurgitating what the media tells you.
